USE 60 % OF WEIGHT FROM A. SQUATS

Heavier work sets first. Follow that with Time Under Tension.

Let the blood flow. I think my beard moved.

I'm no way an artistic expert. We all take different paths in life and on borrowed time.

Those paths make us unique and give us different perspectives.

Those experiences help build our "stink", our "musk" lol.

The greatest artist has often devoted their whole life to honing their craft.

I've had times where my life lead me to architecture schooling, web design and personal training careers - just life in general.

I lost time, the time needed to get my drawing reps in to be better.

I'm not where I want to be. Old, scarred & callused, but inching forward.

What I lack in artistic proficiency (versus amazing artists out there) I try and make up with the practicality of my architectural experience.

What I lack in artistic experience I try and make up with the fitness experience I acquired.

What I lack in artistic genius I try and make up with the teaching component I try and implement with most of my art.

We've all got our own STINK. It's what we bring different to the table.

I'm no better than anyone else. Just trying to get better. Build my own style. And to serve a purpose.

It's very similar to working out. It's all just reps. It's never too late to start and putting in those reps.

If you're new to working out, if you've taken a break, if life has beaten you down...

You can start now & You can start again.

Better to die working on something than working on nothing.

And there isn't anything wrong with working on yourself.

DB FRONT RAISES ON INCLINE BENCH
4 SETS X 8 REPS (2010) REST 45s
(2s LOWER -0- 1s FRONT RAISE -0)
SET BENCH ANGLE AT APPROX 45°

 

If you're looking for another front delt variation this should do the trick. It eliminates momentum from the hips.
