PYRAMID UP: 2 SETS X 10-5 REPS REST 45s
PERFORM 2 SETS, +5LBS/SET & REPEAT

BARBELL PENDLAY ROWS
5 SETS X 5 REPS (80%) REST 90s
EACH REP MUST START FROM FLOOR

TRICEP MEAT SPECIAL

CLOSER GRIP BB BENCH PRESS
10 SETS X 10 REPS (80%) REST 45s
ONLY EXECUTE ONCE EVERY 2 WEEKS
