BACK THICCNESS

T-BAR ROWS (PENDLAY-STYLE)
5 SETS X 5 REPS REST 60s
START & RETURN EACH REP TO FLOOR (DEAD POSITION)
KEEP BACK HORIZONTAL TO GROUND

Love me some Pendlay Rows on Back Day. So here's one of my new row movements.

I use the Pendlay Row technique with the T-Bar row.

Start and return each rep to the floor. Similar to a deadlift. And keep your back horizontal to the floor.

Keeping your back horizontal gets rid of the cheating many do with standing rows.

Some end up leaning up too much. Next thing you know you've turned your rows to shrugs.

Be careful as you lower so the plates don't bounce off.

Trick or Treat, Motha Suckas. You know Blade is one bad mother.

This side lateral raise exercise I would classify as a sculpting exercise.

When you're a 100 year old day walker like myself, you'll realize you need to protect the tin man shoulders.

No need to do this exercise fast. A little slow mo. Slow the F down. A Controlled & Tactical assault.

The pause at the top position is the cherry on top. It's the Wesley Snipes smile after the vampire kill.
