I'd like to first say be nice to people and help people. Good Savage Karma points.

I appreciate all my followers and continuously strive to push my creative limits while still giving some fitness value.

Oftentimes, I wonder if some of the big names of the fitness industry pay attention to my shit.

So that's why today I had to spotlight the Powerlifting Savage Mark "Smelly" Bell @marksmellybell on instagram.

He messaged me that "Your work is awesome." Those kind words have an exponential effect.

So Mark, here ya go, belt boner included.

As for the slingshot @mbslingshot. I've been using it for a little less than a week. All the big boys use it and now I see why.

My elbows have been shot for the past 3 months or so. I start feeling them kick in once I pack 185lbs on the bar.

I bench almost everyday so I grind through my working sets but ouchy. Being 41 and 22 years of lifting doesn't help.

The Slingshot is like viagra for my titties - gets me putting in some extra sets, some extra weight, preparation for heavier weight and with good form.

I'm already starting to readjust my form accordingly.

Below is this week's Bench Work (my 2nd week in a 4 week program).

I'm building towards that 4th week for doubles so I'm using the slingshot to prep for that heavier weight. Weight feels good.

I think I'll be getting some elbow sleeves for my regular bench soon.

I'm slowly transforming into a powerlifter. Got to look the part, right?

A. Bench Press: 4 sets x 6 reps
- warm up to working sets - rest 60 seconds
B. Bench Press With Slingshot: 3 sets x 3 reps
- add 10% more weight - rest 60 seconds
