So this one is for the JokeBro. This set is based on my week 2 of deadlifts, 4 sets x 6 reps of 465lbs.

It's not once a week but hit it 3 times a week (every other day when I'm not squatting).

A powerlifting exercise but I guess you can say I train it more like a bodybuilder as I only rest 60 seconds between sets.

It has less to do if I hit those numbers but serves as a game plan. It's all relative.

So Saturday I hit them with just breakfast and 5 hours earlier than I usually train and crashing at 5am in the morning working late on designs.

I only hit 4 reps. It felt super heavy but I'm glad I did.

People will use excuses because of less than ideal situations.

Savage chest hair isn't earned with bitching and complaining.


leg exercise: deadlifts with joker


A. Barbell Deadlifts (Sumo): 4 sets x 6 reps
- warm up building up each set to your approx 8 rep max
- rest 60 seconds - sumo or conventional stance
