I know you're ready to sacrifice your chest to the chest gods so you too, can be the Chesticle Spectacle of your gym.
Sometimes people just complicate things. Insert grunt here.
For chest I think bench and dumbbells. Those should be readily available in every gym.
Three exercises, varying weights, varying tempos and simply savage.
I have built my chest on bench, dumbbell chest flyes and chest presses.
From my garage to big gyms, you can usually find a bench, barbells and dumbbells.
So I slap a superset with my chest flyes and presses and decrease the incline and slow down the tempo.
Try it out and soon all the sexy gypsies will be feasting their eyes on your beefy side boobs.
Chest God Sacrifice
A. Barbell Bench Press: 3 sets x 10 reps
- use your 12 rep max
B. Barbell Bench Press - Extended Sets: 3 sets x 10, 4, 2 reps
- 10 reps, rest 15 seconds, 4 reps, rest 15 seconds, 2 reps
C. Dumbbell Flye + Press Superset - 30°: 3 sets x 10 reps
- 2 second negatives, 30° incline
D. Dumbbell Flye + Press Superset - 15°: 3 sets x 10 reps
- 3 second negatives, 15° incline
E. Dumbbell Flye + Press Superset - 0° Flat: 3 sets x 10 reps
- 4 second negatives, 0° flat
