Summer is basically here and I guess I like saying "I'm always bulking". However, I'm making a good effort to eat a lot more cleaner. Leaning Time. First step is cutting back on all the easy sloppy carbs. That means eliminating my breads. I love bread, and this will be tough. Second step is exercise wise. Time to hit some more volume. I used my gymhack kettlebells I made for some heavy front swings.Kettlebell front swings are a crazy fat burner and muscle builder. It's always good to change lifting styles, reps and volume to spark new growth.
