Rest Days Are Just As Important As Training Days

One can get a bit crazy not working out for a weekend. Feels like being locked up in a padded room wearing a straight jacket. Unfortunately, sometimes that's a good thing.

The body and mind need time to heal. Training can get addictive but in time you will not only push your body but listen to it as well. I'll take my Sunday's off from training to repair. Your muscles are torn down in the gym and grow while you rest. So remember Eat. Train. Sleep. Repeat.
