Add This Tricep Exercise To Pack On Arm Size

Feel the Sonic Boom and the Attack of the Triceps. This was a Flex Friday workout. Experimented with a quick rendering style for a faster turnover.
An ode to my SNES Street Fighter 2 and arcade quarters of the early 90s. My favs were of course Guile, Zangief and Blanka. I just discovered working out at the age of 18 and anything with big muscles will influence you. Even videogames.

Overhead Tricep Extensions with Guile Street Fighter

WOD: Round One Tris 2015-08-28

Workout Technique:

  • sets x reps; dumbbells (DB); barbells (BB)
  • Tempo (seconds) = (lowering, bottom hold, lifting, top hold); (1.0.1.0)= default
  • Build up to work sets

Workout Program:

A. BB Shoulder Press: 3 x 6 reps

B. Lat Pulldowns 2 hands to 1 hand L/R: 3 x8 reps (3.0.1.0)

C1. DB Alternating Bicep Curls (run the rack): 5 x 6 reps
C2. Tricep Dips: 5 x 6 reps (3.0.1.0)

D. Smith Machine Skull Crushers: 3 x 8 reps (3.0.1.0)

E1. Cable (high) Hammer Curls L/R: 4 x 10 reps (3.0.1.0)
E2. Cable (high) Tricep Extensions – Overhead L/R: 4 x 10 reps (3.0.1.0)
