Who would of thought our nonnas were our prostate protecting angels.

It's tomato sauce making season. Studies now show that eating tomato sauce twice a week can reduce the risk of prostate cancer development by up to thirty percent. It's the antioxidant Lycopene which may reduce the risk of cancer, heart disease and macular degeneration.

We should be thanking our old-school nonnas (grandmothers) who slaved away at making the sauce. There was some magic in that bubbling goo.
