Pack On Tricep Size With This Underrated Exercise

Watched Friday 13th 2009 remake last night. So decided to get big bad Jason pumping some iron, gym-rat style. I bearded him out. His chin pubes popping out of his mask. Beard & Vicious.

A. BB Shoulder Press: 3 x 8 reps

B. BB Squats: 3 x 8 reps

C. BB Bench Press: 3 x 8reps

D1. Cable Kayak Rows L/R: 4 x 10 reps (3.0.1.0)
D2. Lat Pushdowns: 4 x 10 reps (3.0.1.0)

E. Hammer Strength Chest Press (dirty 30s): 4 x 10³ reps

F. Leg Extensions – 2 legs to 1 leg L/R: 4 x 10 reps (3.0.1.0)

G1. DB Preacher Bicep Curls L/R: 4 x 10 reps + drop set (3.0.1.0)
G2. DB Overhead Tricep Extensions: 4 x 10 reps (3.0.1.0)
