Murder Your Arms For Maximum Growth

This was part of Friday the 13th workout. Ended with a nice blast on arms.

Dumbbell hammer curls, jason, friday 13th

Since I usually train with my young apprentice, “Broche”, we did Penitentiary Hammer Curls with some fat grips.
Penitentiary is the term I use for the back and forth sets with a partner. No stopping. You try to out rep each other, talk shit & make each other feel “#Sawft”. I won. I’m hard… sometimes. Don’t let me cut you.

WOD: Friday Night Peaks 2015-11-13

E. DB Hammer Curls Penitentiary Style w/ fat grips: 4 x 20 reps (or to failure)
F. Cable Tricep Pushdowns w/ v-bar: 4 x 10 reps + drop set (3.0.1.0)
G1. Cable Bicep Curls 3-way superset: 4 x 8³ reps
G2. Cable Tricep Extensions 3-way w/ rope: 4 x 8³ reps
