A Thanksgiving Workout for my ‘merican brothers.
My sketch for a little Thanksgiving Day shoulder workout. I hit shoulder presses pretty frequent so I don't really focus on shoulders. But when I do I hit them from different angles and hit them slow.
I get asked what I do to get big shoulders. Um... I do shoulder presses almost every day, and I'm benching and pulling. Your shoulders are involved in any pushing and pulling movements. I make sure I'm working hard and challenging myself... without hurting myself.
