Ultimate Tension Resistance Band Workout

‘Tis the holiday season it’s time to put my body for some season’s beatings… ‘cause Savage Santa said so.

I’ve got a lot of fitness toys so I try and utilize them on weekends for variety. I will try and use my resistance bands whenever I can.

The purpose of the resistance bands is that the bands stretch with the body’s strength curve. This means when the bands stretch creating tension, makes the harder at the top of the movement.

So Sunday was resistance bands fun day. Including part of my resistance band workout below. Have fun.

C. Leg Press w/ Bands: 4 x 10 reps
D. Smith Machine Bent Over Rows w/ Bands: 4 x 10 reps
E. Cable Rows w/ Bands: 4 x 10 reps
F. Hammer Strength Incline Chest w/ Bands: 4 x 10 reps
G. Hammer Strength Wide Chest w/ Bands: 4 x 10 reps
