We all have strength and power within us. Sometimes, a little motivate or guidance can really harness your greatness. Just like the other Star Wars movies, the Jedi masters help the padawons. They teach them the ways of the force.

The masters past the torch to the younger generation, just like the previous did so for them. Passing knowledge is a great responsibility.

In terms of fitness, finding a suitable trainer or workout mentor is tough. Be steadfast and network. You may be lucky and stumble upon a gracious Jedi master who will teach you the ways of the Bro-Force.

B. BB Squats: 3 x 6 reps
C. BB Bench Press: 3 x 6 reps
D. Cable Lat Pulldowns w/ Rope (on incline bench): 4 x 8 reps + drop set (3.0.1.0)
