Since it's January and only the 2nd Monday of the year, you will most likely be in a gym that's busier than usual. The people who fell off the gym band wagon at the end of last year... guilted into coming back. You may even encounter swarms of newbies walking through the gym like lost zombies.

A. BB Bench Press: 4 x 10 reps (3.0.1.0)
B. DB Chest Flyes (run the rack up): 4+ x 6 reps (2.0.1.0)
C. BB Close Grip Bench Press (w/ tension): 4 x 10 reps + drop set (3.0.1.0)
D. Cable Chest Flyes superset (vertical, lower chest, bent over): 4 x 8³ reps
