This was the first part of my workout - focusing on quads. Peeing can get messy.
Workout: Quad City B!tch
A. Monster Strap Front Squat: 5 x 8 reps
front squats or narrow stance squats acceptable
B. BB Hack Squat: 4 x 8 reps + drop set (3.0.1.0)
3 second negatives to ground
C. Leg Press 1½ Reps: 4 x 10 reps
1 full rep + ½ rep at bottom half = 1 rep
D. Leg Extensions - 2Leg To 1Leg L/R: 5 x 8 reps (3.0.1.0)
lift with both legs, lower with 1 leg, each side
3 second negatives, 1 second positive
