Illustrated part of my back workout, though I did slip chest and squats in too. I couldn't help it.
Lifting is fun. Many will criticise technique, fitness approach, whether you squat to parallel, when to eat carbs and how much rest time between sets.

A1. Barbell Bent Over Rows: 4 x 8 reps
A2. Barbell Deadlifts: 4 x 8 reps
- use the same weight
- no rest between sets
B. Chin Ups: 100 reps total
- any hand position
- any rep and rest combo
C1. Lat Pulldowns - Wide Grip: 4 x 10 reps
C2. Lat Pulldowns - Narrow Grip: 4 x 10 reps
- use the same weight
- 3 second eccentric (3.0.1.0)
