Just follow my 4 exercises to super charge your back workout. Prevent plateauing by varying simple movement patterns.

Workout: Back Day Blitz #2

A. Lat Pulldowns - Wide Grip: 4 x 10 reps
B. Lat Pulldowns - Narrow Grip: Run The Stack x 6 reps
start at 40% and perform 6 reps per pin
pyramid up 1 pin/ set until 1 rep failure
C. Seated Lat Rows W/ V Handle: 10 x 10 reps
use the same weight - 30s rest
D. Lat Pushdowns: 4 x 10 reps + drop set (3.0.1.0)
use same weight - 3s eccentric - 60s rest
