Savage Mind
The only bodybuilder that motivated me was Arnold and it really ended there.
Growing up as a little kid and by my late teen years i got bitten by the fitness bug i wanted to look like my favorite wrestlers.
So this workout pays homage to one of my favorites, Sting, who was inducted today in the WWE Hall of Fame.
I perform bench almost everyday by the way (a weekly progressive overload) but i like performing bench 10 x 10 reps once a week.
I wanted to give you a good balanced chest workout one off.
Big chest power first, then slow agonizing time under tension pec tearing exercises.
Not 10 million exercises but 4 good ones, with quality reps. If i want to hit more chest i just change up the exercises on another day that week.
