Row Yourself To A Big Thick Back

So I’m not feeling 100%. Still managed to hit my 3 basic lifts: shoulder press, deadlifts, and bench. But the lower back is Tender-Vitals. Prescription Pain.

Cable Seated Lat Rows with King Leonitis

So I draw inspiration from King Leonidis and his Spartan Savage Beard Power .

Hit a bit of light weight volume for back. It felt good while I was performing them but boy am I feeling it now. Damn you deadlifts .

B. BB Deadlifts: 3 x 8 reps
C. BB Bench Press: 3 x 8 reps
D. Lat Pulldown 2-way superset – wide & narrow: 4 x 10² reps (3.0.1.0)
E. Cable Seated Lat Rows: 5 x 10 reps (3.0.1.0)
F. DB Bicep Curls on incline bench: 4 x 10 reps² (3.0.1.0)
G. DB Preacher Bicep Curls L/R: 4 x 10 reps (3.0.1.0)
