I hit back every day. To varying degrees of course. If you're new to training and working out most likely you're spending a lot of time working on chest. But truthfully, a big back always trumps a big chest. Your back builds your savage silhouette. So go work on your widescreen .

Workout: Back Day 103

A. Chin Ups (various hand grips): 100 reps (total)
B. Kayak Rows w/ rope L/R: 4 x 10 reps (3.0.1.0)
C. Lat Pulldowns (underhand grip): 4 x 10 reps + drop set (3.0.1.0)
D. Croc Rows L/R: 4 x 20 reps
