A bunch of potato memes

Some of my Potatoes. Just building my universe. The Potato - representative of the stupidity of society.

Seems like the world is full of potatoes. Probably mind controlled by higher level space potatoes. Scary MoFos.

potato laundry

What's Your Smelliest Gym Gear? Don't be a Potato, Wash Your Gym Gear.

Wanted to do a public service announcement because most bros don't wash their gear.

And washing it once a year doesn't count. Personally, I'll wash every week.

My knee sleeves get extra funkadactyl nut sauce in this heat & the hairy italian knees don't help.

I washed:
- 2 lifting straps
- 2 wrist wraps
- 2 elbow sleeves
- 2 knee sleeves
- 2 stump straps
- 1 strongman harness
- 1 carpet sled
- and a partridge in a pear tree.

potato labor day

I can't be the only one thinking this.

national left hand day

Happy International Left Handers Day - Just so wrong.

Where's my Left Handed Freaks? Holla if ya here me.

I'm right handed - always fun doing exercises, like kettlebell snatches, with left my arm.

Always seems like someone else is controlling it. Just a quick sunday warm-up sketch. Just practice.

potato eclipse

Hope the Universe doesn't blow it's O-Ring. The fallout will be messy.

A quick illustration for the potatoes. The end of days.

Happy Solar Eclipse. Update: We made it so far.

potato bosu

Nothing wrong with using a Bosu Ball. Please use it properly and safely.

Don't worry, I was a Bosu Ball potato prior to getting Bosu Ball certified as part of continued personal training certification every year.

The Bosu Ball has a disclaimer on the bottom stating that the flat side is not recommended to stand on. There's tons of reasons for it other than just a liability waiting to happen.

If you stand on it (or sit on it), the platform flat side is placed on the ground.

You stand on the dome (or bladder) which works on ankle stabilization thus crazy core activation similar to trying to stand on a water bed.

Furthermore, it's easy to step on and off when using when the flat side is down which is extremely important. It should be easily to mount and dismount when losing your balance.

When you stand on the flat side you squish the dome - flattening it. It defeats the purpose. It is not a balance board.

I'm not trying to be the Form Police but it's my duty to share some knowledge - in a way hopefully you remember - with the use of alien zombie potatoes.

I could blame uneducated trainers or celebrity fitness model potatoes but it doesn't matter. It's what you do after you're informed.

And as a category 5 potato, I acknowledge my stupidity in many areas but not with the Bosu ball. lol.

I'm old school. Learn through ridicule.

Knowledge is power. Potato.
