Thought I'd illustrate something unique. Everyone wants to look like a superhero but how? You have to train like one. This Workout of the Day (WOD) is based on Captain America. Build up that basic strength and explosive power with those round broad shoulders. The Captain is a simple guy with simple hard exercises as his base. USA! USA! USA!

A. BB Deadlifts (Wide Stance): 5 sets x 10 reps (1.0.1.0)
B. BB Bench Press (German Volume Training): 10 sets x 10 reps (1.0.1.0)
C. Chin Ups (Various Grips): 5 sets x 10 reps (1.0.1.0)
D. Landmine Rows: 4 sets x 10 reps (1.0.1.0)
E1. BB Shoulder Press: 5 sets x 10 reps (1.0.1.0)
E2. Plate Front Raise: 5 sets x 10 reps (3.0.1.0)
