Russian Twists are a great recovery exercise to slip in between exercises. Instead of resting, work your core. This is especially good for burning overall body fat.
Exercise: Russian Twists
You can either grab a medicine ball, dumbbell, kettle bell, small child or animal whatever you like. Proceed to carry that weight from one side of the body to the other in a rainbow like motion. Throw those feet in the air for more difficulty.
