With a day full of internet connection issues all I can think of doing is smashing the weights. People who don't workout will never understand the benefits of exercising other than the vanity reason. Working out helps lower your blood pressure and lower cortisol levels (your stress hormones). If you're a workaholic then working out is still working in its form, so there's no guilt in regards to not doing something productive. A healthier you is always a more productive you.
