Leg Exercises To Pack On The Meat

Saturday workout's focus was hit some lifts I didn't get in during the week. Lacked leg volume during the week. I did hit deadlifts and squats but it was time to lay the grind of the drumsticks.

A. BB Squats: 3 x 10 reps
B. BB Bench Press: 3 x 10 reps
C. Lat Pulldowns – wide (overhand) & narrow (overhand) superset: 5 x 10² reps (2.0.1.0)↑
D. Cable face Pulls 3-way superset (eyes, neck, chest): 4 x 8 reps (3.0.1.0)
E. Leg Extensions: 10 x 10 reps
F. Leg Curls: 5 x 8 reps (3.0.1.0)
G. BB Stiff Legged Deadlifts: 4 x 8 reps (4.0.1.0)
H. Cable (high) Shoulder Reverse Flye L/R: 4 x 10 reps (3.0.1.0)
I. DB Preacher Bicep Curls w/ fat grips L/R: 5 x 10³ reps + drop set (3.0.1.0)
J. Cable (high) Bicep Curls & Hammer Curl superset L/R: 4 x 10² reps (3.0.1.0)
