I apologize for the small delay as I was doing some research and development. Planning to take the pop culture illustrated fitness sketches up a notch.

Dumbbell alternating bicep curls for a TopGun

Progression or Regression, just like training. Maintenance is the result of those 2 forces battling one another. So I’m continuing my illustrated database of exercises.

Needed to take a step back and prepare for a little addition, my own FAKE supplement line (spoofing the supplement companies). Look close and you’ll find some easter eggs. Goose!

B. BB Shoulder Press: 4 x 10 reps
C. BB Floor Chest Press: 4 x 5 reps↑
D. Leg Curls (german volume training): 10 x 10 reps
E. Seated Lat Rows (run the stack): 10 x 6 reps↑
F1. DB Alternating Bicep Curls (run the rack↑↓): 6 x 8 reps↑ + 6 x 8 reps↓
F2. Tricep Dips: 12 x 8 reps
G1. Cable (high) Bicep Curls w/ fat grips L/R: 4 x 8 reps (3.0.1.0)
G2. Cable (high) Tricep Extensions w/ fat grips L/R: 4 x 8 reps (3.0.1.0)
H. Cable (low) 3-way Bicep Curls w/ bar (overhand, wide, narrow): 5 x 8³ reps
