Saturday Spartan 100s. What is it? So I didn’t want to think too much on Saturday and said let’s do 100 rep sets.
Basic exercises but 5 sets of 20 reps. The 20th rep should be tough. Crazy nice pump especially because it’s a change of my daily routine. HA-OOH! HA-OOH! HA-OOH!

- sets x reps; dumbbells (DB); barbells (BB)
- Tempo (seconds) = (lowering, bottom hold, lifting, top hold); (1.0.1.0)= default
- (↑) Pyramid Up; (↓) Pyramid Down/ Drop Set
- Build up to work sets

D. BB Steated Lat Rows w/ 2 handles: 5 x 20 reps
E. Leg Extensions: 5 x 20 reps
F. DB Shoulder Press - Standing: 5 x 20 reps
G. BB Bicep Curls w/ fat grips: 5 x 20 reps
