B. Lat Pulldowns (overhand narrow grip) – Dirty 30s (10 half reps at top, 10 half at bottom, 10 full reps): 4 x 10³ reps
C. Lat Pushdowns (3 second negatives): 4 x 10 reps (3.0.1.0)
D. DB Lat Rows L/R – Run The Rack Up (5lb+/ set - 4 second negatives): 6+ x 6 reps
