The Chest Gods Want Their Sacrifice On A Monday

Quickie sketch for today's workout. Did 3 sets of 4 reps on shoulder press, then Deadlifts and when I got to bench I sacrificed my shoulder to the gods. That's how it felt.

Tomorrow is another day.
