Smashed out back like a champ. Had to draw this exercise out (watching Beowulf movie twice). A friend asked where I was hiding this exercise as I haven’t done it at my new gym. Why you creeping? Lol I just forgot.
The best part of this lat pulldown is the tremendous stretch and full range of motion that you just can’t get in the standard lat pulldown (especially if you have long ape arms like myself). Sins of the fathers!

A. BB Squats: 3 x 4 reps
B. BB Bench Press: 3 x 4 reps
C. Cable Lat Pulldowns on incline bench w/ rope: 4 x 10 reps + drop set (3.0.1.0)
D. Cable Face Pulls 3-way (high to low): 5 x 10³ reps
E1. Shoulder Press Machine: 4 x 8 reps (3.0.1.0)
E2. Shoulder Lateral Raise Machine: 4 x 8 reps (3.0.1.0)
F1. BB Preacher Bicep Curls: 4 x 10 reps (3.0.1.0)
F2. Hanging Tricep Extensions: 4 x 10 reps (3.0.1.0)
