Barbell Shrugs with Lord Humungus

I got sick last night. Felt like someone beat the crap out of me. Not sure if it was a brutal week of lifting, or the stinky old guy at the gym who doesn’t change his gym clothes. Stinky wanted to work in on the power rack. I couldn’t breathe. It was a mixture of fungus, cheese, steel and old.

Haven’t shrugged in a while now that I’m deadlifting more often. But I did love shrugging in my 20s. And dedicated to Lord Humungus since I caught Road Warrior on tv as I was laying on the couch regenerating my super powers.

A. Swings: 10 x 10 reps
B. BB Shrugs: 4 x 10 reps + drop set (3.0.1.0)
C. Leg Extensions: 10 x 10 reps
D. Box Squats: 4 x 8 reps (3.0.1.0)
E. BB Close Grip Bench: 4 x 8 reps
F. Cable (high) Bicep Curls w/ 2 handles: 4 x 8 reps + drop set (3.0.1.0)
G. Cable 3-way Tricep Extensions w/ rope: 4 x 8 reps (3.0.1.0)
