Cable Shoulders Front Raises with Vampire Blade

Didn’t want to put any strain on my lower back so I superset most of the exercises. Worked out with 2 others so we zipped through exercises quick.

I was asked why I didn’t take yesterday or today off. I said, “I’m 40 and who knows how many more workouts I have left in me. I’m going to treat each one like it’s my last.”
