The Monster Lift Of Them All

So I’ve decided for October it’s Halloween WOD illustrations all month. Let’s see what I can conjure up.

Perform deadlifts to pack on monster muscle

To start the month, my version of Frankenstein with some basic deadlifts. A big simple lift for a big simple guy. At 40, training for 22 years, lots of wear and tear I probably need some new body parts.

WOD: Freaken-Shtein 2015-10-01

A. BB Shoulder Press: 3 x 8 reps
B. BB Deadlifts: 3 x 8 reps
C. BB Bench Press: 3 x 8 reps
D. Cable Seated Lat Rows: 5 x 20 reps
E. Hammer Strength Lat Pulldowns: 5 x 20 reps
F. Kneeling Cable Shoulder Cross-Overs: 4 x 8 reps (3.0.1.0)
G. Cable (high) Bicep Curls w/ handles: 3 x 8 reps (3.0.1.0)
