Friday Night Yard Work. 3 days of starting my workouts with 100 chin ups, different grips. Shoulders feel better. Oh and it helps when you’re alternating with your bro, and talking crap.

Penitentiary style chin ups - 100 reps

If you want to get better at anything you have to put in that time. That hard time. Which includes chin ups.

A. Chin Ups (any combinations): 100 reps
B. BB Bench Press: 4 x 8 reps
C. Cable Seated Lat Rows: 10 x 10 reps
D. BB Preacher Bicep Curls: 4 x 10 reps (3.0.1.0)
E1. Cable (high) Bicep Curls L/R: 4 x 10 reps (3.0.1.0)
E2. Cable Tricep Extensions Dips L/R: 4 x 10 reps (3.0.1.0)
