Are You Tough Enough For This Shoulder Exercise?

A little Savage Beowulf shoulder exercise inspiration. A variation of the front raise.
Shoulder Front Raise with Beowulf
Working the range of motion from a hanging position and further back than the standard standing position. Oh yeah, it’s tough since it gets rid of body English being in the laying position. And I’ll slow down that sum b!tch, because I’m crazy like that.

WOD: Shoulder Up 2015-11-03

A. BB Deadlifts: 5 x 8 reps
B. BB Bench Press: 5 x 8 reps
C. Cable Chest Flyes 3-way superset: 4 x 10³ reps
D. Cable Face Pulls 3-way superset: 4 x 8³ reps
E1. Leg Extensions: 5 x 20 reps
E2. Bulgarian Split Squats: 5 x 20 reps
E3. Laying Leg Curls: 5 x 20 reps
F. DB Standing Shoulder Presses: 4 x 10 reps (3.0.1.0)
G. DB Incline Front Raises: 4 x 10 reps (3.0.1.0)
