A savage barbarian to motivate you to get in those arm pumps. On Friday it's mandatory to slip in some arms. For you are savage and you must stretch your sleeves.

Below you'll find a snippet of my workout for a great arm blast. I like to finish my workouts with arms if i have any energy left. Since i take a full body approach to my training i do what makes me happy... but i don't neglect what works. Even though i may be doing full body i do have specific goals for each exercise. My sets are not half-assed. There are weight challenges or time under tension challenges.

WOD: Curls For The Girls 2015-11-20

D. Chin Ups: 100 reps
E. BB Hammer Curls Penitentiary Style (partner handoff) w/ fat grips: 4 x 20 reps (or to failure)
F1. DB Alternating Bicep Curls (run the rack): 8 x 8 reps (3.0.1.0)
F2. Tricep Dips: 8 x 10 reps (3.0.1.0)
