A Flex Friday arm workout that can be thrown into any workout. You can throw these exercises at the end of your workout as finishers.

If you observe my workouts then you'll realize I like to hit full body workouts. Big compound exercises are priority. Accessory work (dessert) after I've done my homework.

The purpose of my  workout illustrations are to inspire you to try new arm exercises, tempos and techniques. Experiment with sets and reps and shuffle them up. Just like those choose your own adventure books of days old. Your choice.

Workout: Flex Friday 2015-12-18

A. Cable Tricep Extensions: 5 x 20 reps
B. Cable (High) Double Bicep Curls (run the stack up): 4+ x 10 reps + drop set (2.0.1.0)
C. Cable Laying Bicep Curls w/ rope: 4 x 8 reps (3.0.1.0)
D. Cable Overhead Triceps L/R: 4 x 8 reps (3.0.1.0)
