This illustration was requested by my training apprentice. I guess I am his Master Broshi to his Broku. First attempt at drawing Goku all deezed up.
This was a Monday Full Body workout. It's based on my week 1 of lifts, so just some base numbers for my compounds as i build up weekly. Then some accessory exercises.
First time I've watched Dragon Ball Z - Resurrection F. I'm an 80s kid so it's all new to me. But I can see why there are so many DBZ fans out there. Enjoy the workout.
WORKOUT: Full Body Just Saiyan
A. Barbell Shoulder Presses: 3 x 10 reps
B. Barbell (Sumo) Deadlifts: 3 x 10 reps
C. Chin Ups - Various Grips: 100 reps total
D. Barbell Bench Press: 3 x 10 reps
E. Dumbbell Chest Supported Rows: 4 x 20 reps
F. Dumbbell Clean & Press L/R: 4 x 10 reps
