C. Chin Ups: 5 x 10 reps
D1. Cable Lat Pushdowns: 4 x 10 reps (3.0.1.0)
D2. Cable Face Pulls 3-way: 4 x 8³ reps (3.0.1.0)
E1. Cable Tricep Pushdowns 2-way: 4 x 8² reps (3.0.1.0)
E2. Cable Bicep Hammer Curls w/ rope: 4 x 8 reps (3.0.1.0)
