5 working sets (approx 10 rep max)
B. DB Chest Flyes - run the rack: 5+ x 8 reps (2.0.1.0)
2 second eccentric reps, increase 5lbs/ set
C. DB Chest Presses: 4 x 10 reps + drop set (3.0.1.0)
3 second eccentric reps, drop set 20%/ set
