A Butt Circuit for the ladies to tighten that booty, prop it up and make it happy (guys you can do it as well just load up the weight, it will aid your big lifts).

This is one of many thousands of combinations i use to employ during my 1500+ strength classes. 90% were women so time and time again i had to find creative ways to make them happy, make them work, and make them sore. lol.

We'd use kettlebells but dumbbells will work fine.

This circuit is to show you that you don't need machines to get your legs and butt taxed and turn yourself in a fat burning machine.

The first exercise is to fatigue your legs and get some upper body involvement. The key is to use a challenging weight for the last 3 exercises. You can because the weight is below the hip.

Most importantly, You are doing everything standing up and a lot of bilateral (one side loaded) movements. Guess what bro? Tons of core activation.

tight booty circuit: 4 sets x 60s/set
A1. DB Thrusters

- squat to shoulder press movement
A2. Single Leg Step Ups L/R
- 3 second negatives
A3. Bulgarian Split Squats L/R
- 3 second negatives
A4. Single Leg Deadlifts L/R
- 3 second negatives
*** use challenging weight - A1, A2, A3 then rest 60s
