So I thought I'd get up a companion workout based on the new shirt designs I just uploaded.
Thrusters are a pretty demanding and dreadful exercise because it involves just so many muscles.
You're squatting at the bottom and pressing at the top.
You can go heavy and build explosive power or go for the high reps, sweating and grinding it out.
When I was teaching classes it was a great staple. They all moaned but that's how I knew it was all good. Ya, son.
I've included a sample routine but Thrusters make for a great first exercise for a circuit.
If you've got the space try hitting 12 thrusters and sprinting from one end to the other and repeating that 4 times.
Will put hair on that chest.
