On the 8th Day of Fitness my Swolemate gave to me: 8 Abs-A-Popping
Abs are made in the kitchen. Lift big. Lift hard. And let your abs get stronger and grow. All that's left is losing that fat. Stop eating sloppy you fatty.
Ok if you're dying to get some ab work in. Let's just say it's to strengthen your core then think of 3 ab motions. Plank, twist, crunch. Pick one ab exercise of each motion 4 sets of 8 reps - 4 second positive, 4 second negative (4,0,4,0)
