CHEST & BACK FIVER FEVER
A. Barbell (Bb) Deadlifts: 3 sets x 5 reps
- warm up & build up
B. Bb Bench Press: 3 sets x 5 reps
- warm up & build up
C. Bb Bench Press W/ Bands: 3 sets x 5 reps
- affix resistance bands
D. Seated Cable Rows - Pyramid Up: 3 sets x 5 reps
- build up 5 reps per set to max
E. Chin Ups: 100 Total
F. Incline Db Chest Flyes - Pyramid Up: 4 sets x 5 reps (2-0-1-0)
- 15-20 degrees incline - build up - 2 sec lower
G. Incline Db Chest Press Neutral Grip: 4 sets x 5 reps (4-0-1-0)
- 15-20 degrees incline - 4 sec lower
H. 3-Way Face Pulls W/ Rope: 4 sets x 5,5,5 reps
- pull to eyes, neck & chest
