A. Barbell Bench Press: 10 sets x 10 reps
- use 85% 1rm, same weight, only rest 30 seconds
B. Dumbbell Chest Flyes: 4 sets x 10 reps (2-0-1-0)
- (2 sec lower - 0 - 1 sec lift - 0)
- rest 45 seconds
C. Hammer Strength One Arm Chest Press: 4 sets x 10 reps (3-0-1-0)
- rest 45 seconds
D. Cable Chest Flyes - Vertical: 4 sets x 10 reps (3-0-1-0)
- rest 45 seconds
