Bro-Monday International Chest Day Workout

Workout: Chest Change Up

Workout Technique:

  • sets x reps; dumbbells (DB); barbells (BB);
  • Tempo (seconds) = (lowering, bottom hold, lifting, top hold); (1.0.1.0)= default
  • (↑) Pyramid Up; (↓) Pyramid Down/ Drop Set
  • Build up to work sets

Workout Program:

A1.  BB Bench Press: 10 x 10 reps (85%) (1.0.1.0)
A2.  Chin Ups: 10x 5 reps (bodyweight)

B.  DB Chest Flyes (run the rack 5lbs+/set): 6+ Sets x 5 reps (1.0.1.0)

C1.  DB Chest Flyes (20° incline): 4 x 8 reps (60%) + drop set (4.0.1.0)
C2.  DB Chest Presses (20° incline): 4x 8 reps (60%) + drop set  (4.0.1.0)
