If you welcome big leg problems I've included a couple big leg exercises for you. Choose one to add to your workouts. They will will swell your legs to massive proportions.
1. Barbell Squats (german volume training): 10 x 10 reps
- 10 rep max; meaning the 10th rep on your 1st set should be tough
- only rest for 30 seconds
- explosive, 1 second up, 1 second down
2. Barbell Deadlifts (german volume training): 10 x 10 reps
- 10 rep max
- only rest for 30 seconds
- explosive, 1 second up, 1 second down
