Add Some Some To Those Lagging Triceps

EXERCISE: Pharaoh Push Ups

Targets: Triceps and inner chest

Pharaoh Push Ups are one of those exercises I add in between a bicep exercise or tricep set. Oftentimes, I'll do a variation against a preacher bench or on an Olympic bar in a power rack - if I'm standing I'll go slow. It's a good regression since you're more vertical. Just keep those elbows tucked in and hands forward .

Tricep Program:

Pharaoh Push Ups: 4 sets x 10 reps (or failure) (the slower the better)

So make like a pharaoh and start jacking up those triceps.
